Ryan Kauth

Ryan Kauth serves as the Lead Mentor at Issachar University, bringing over two decades of expertise in entrepreneurship, small business, and university instruction. He has worked with over 1,000 entrepreneurs and small business owners, guiding them in launching and scaling ventures. Ryan has taught entrepreneurship and business courses at the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay and other institutions. He currently hosts the “Strategy and Leadership Podcast” and operates as a fractional COO, helping family-owned businesses achieve multigenerational success. Ryan emphasizes biblical values in leadership, applying servant leadership principles to marketplace challenges. With an MBA and years of hands-on experience in banking and education, he is committed to raising up leaders who align their faith with strategic business practices for lasting impact.
